1. Services Provided

wedropdesign operates as a subscription-based design, development, and growth studio. Our services include but are not limited to UI/UX design, web development, branding, and marketing assets.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are billed on a flat monthly fee based on the plan selected.
Payments are due upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Unused days will be banked for future use if paused.
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there are no refunds issued after work has commenced.

3. Turnaround Times

We aim for a 48-hour delivery window for standard requests. Complex requests (e.g., full app builds or extensive website overhauls) will be broken down into smaller milestones with clear delivery expectations.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the applicable billing cycle, you own the full intellectual property rights to all original design and development work created specifically for your project. We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project's start.

5. Limitation of Liability

wedropdesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website and our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
